Your story line is simple but the idea of animation is interesting, I would just make an observation concerning the video description and the camera commande which seems to be mixed up. I think that there is different sections for a reason so we need to stick to those sections. For example for the scene “A long view of the actor speeding by” you can have simply write “the actor speeding out”.
